Documents Required for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Visa

  • Application Form: You have to submit a completed visa application form. You should sign the form in front of the consular officer during your appointment with him.
  • Passport: You have to provide a passport and other necessary documents. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. After submitting your application at the embassy you have to submit your passport as well. If you need proof that your passport is being held by the embassy do bring an extra photocopy of your photocopy of your passport and get it stamped by the embassy as an evidence.
  • Documents for minors: If you are applying for a visa on behalf of a child below the age of 18 years, then you have to submit the child’s birth certificate and proof of identity. If the child will not be travelling with their parents then you have to sign the consent by both the parents or whichever person has the parental responsibility.
  • Proof of legal Residence: You have to present the proof of your residence from where you are applying for the visa.
  • Photo: Bring the photograph of yourself which
  • matches the requirements of your passport.
  • Proof of sufficient funds: You must show that you have sufficient money to cover all your necessities and stay in the country. You have to provide the bank statement of the last 3 months which should have your name and address on it.
  • Guarantors Declaration : If it is not possible for you to arrange sufficient funds to manage your stay in the country then a family member, a friend, business partner of yours from the island can act as a guarantor. They can do this by signing for the financial guarantor declaration. When you will be applying for your visa at that time you have to show that your guarantor has enough funds to sponsor your travel and cover all your necessities . To do this you have to submit your guarantor documents:
  • the legalised guarantor’s declaration
  • their 3 most recent bank statements
  • their 3 most recent payslips
  • an employer’s declaration or employment contact
  • a photocopy of their passport or identity card.
  • Medical Insurance:
  • You have to submit an official document from your insurance company and make sure that the document proves that it is in your name and it must also cover the medical expenses:
  • in all Caribbean parts of the Kingdom
  • for the entire duration of your stay
  • for at least USD 15,000
  • for hospital care, emergency treatment and repatriation (including in the event of death).
  • If your insurance policy doesn't have all these above mentioned terms and conditions then you must have an insurance policy which covers all these terms before your travel.
  • After applying all these documents you have to wait for the approval from the embassy for your visa application. Please note that providing all the above mentioned documents will not automatically provide you a visa the embassy can approve or reject your application.
