Documents Required for Lebanon visa

If you plan to visit Lebanon, you will need to obtain a visa. Visas can be obtained from the Lebanese embassy or consulate in your country of residence. The application process is fairly straightforward, and most applications require only a passport photo and your passport details.
Before traveling to Lebanon, you must familiarize yourself with the Lebanese visa requirements. You must have a valid passport that is not more than six months beyond the expiration date of your visa for Lebanon. Your visa will be valid for three months and can be used only once. If you are traveling as part of a group, each member must have a visa.
If you are visiting Beirut, your best bet is to apply for a tourist visa at the Beirut airport before departure. Tourist visas are valid for 30 days and can be extended for 30 days if required. No fee is associated with obtaining a tourist visa at the Beirut airport.
For all other destinations in Lebanon, including outlying areas such as Mount Hermon and Akkar National Park, you must apply for a business or residence visa through your local Lebanese embassy or consulate. Business visas usually require an invitation letter from a company in Lebanon interested in hosting foreign employees. In contrast, residence visas typically require an application form and a resident’s ID card from your home country. Both types of visas come with a processing fee which varies depending on which embassy or consulate you visit.
