    The right to remain permanently in Hong Kong may be granted to anyone who have been there for a continuous period of seven years. You must also fulfil certain prerequisites. You can live and work in Hong Kong without a visa at any business if you hold permanent status. You forfeit your eligibility to be a permanent resident if you are absent from Hong Kong for more than three years.

    Each country's documentation needs may vary in Hong Kong. When a person applies for a visa by document in a different country, the visa agency may ask for various types of information from them, or they may not ask for any information at all. Depending on the national or state laws and regulations, this can be different.

    • If the child is between the ages of 0 and 13, copies of the birth certificates mentioned above are also required. Birth certificates are crucial for children, along with other legal records. Children should always carry their birth certificates as identification. If they don't have a birth certificate, their visa application can be rejected.

The UAE government recommends anyone applying for an e-visa to Hong Kong to read the terms and instructions thoroughly before continuing.
    • You must have a current passport with at least two blank pages and validity for at least the next two months after the date of your arrival in Hong Kong.
    • You must have at least 5 to 6 front-facing, clear passport-sized photos of yourself, sometimes even fewer. This makes it possible to confirm that the person in the passport-sized photo and the person in the camera-taken photo are the same person

    Applicants must fulfil the following criteria in order to be granted a tourist visa to Hong Kong

    • A current passport, six months' worth of bank statements, and a minimum of two recent pictures are required. These should all be examined. The documents should only be able to be scanned by the visa processing system. The user should check any missing documents if there are any. A unique stamp is applied to each document after it has been validated to indicate that the scanning procedure is complete.
    • You should purchase a return ticket for yourself if you're travelling with someone else. Your return travel plans should be coordinated with the expiration date of your visas. You are ineligible if they return after the validity of your visa expires. Then, depending on where you live and the type of visa you hold, you must pay additional fees to update your visa.
    • Any patient with a medical condition should have a prescription from their doctor that allows them to switch between drugs. It's crucial to abide by all regulations governing who can travel, especially for those who have been deemed medically unfit or who have been advised against it. They should obtain a note from their doctor if they have an emergency and must travel in this manner.
