At PSK Tourism LLC, we are committed to providing professional and timely visa and tourism services. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund After Visa Delivery
Once the visa or any agreed-upon service has been successfully delivered and proof of delivery (such as a visa copy, reference number, or official confirmation) has been provided to the customer, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Visa Processing Time
Customers are advised to understand that visa approval and processing timelines depend on the respective country’s immigration department. While we strive to meet expected deadlines, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases:
If the visa is delayed but later delivered (even after 1–2 working days), and a dispute has been filed by the customer during that delay, the customer is expected to cancel the dispute once the visa is successfully delivered.

Visa application is not processed at all and there is no official application submitted to the immigration authority.

Visa process takes at least 7-15 business days with Immigration sometime it comes faster sometime it delays depend on immigration working so dispute can not files till 15 working days and no Refund request if visa is under process

if We agree for Refund it will take 15 working to get refund in your card/acount once we approved. in this case you can not file dispute.
Refund Policy
"Once services or visas are delivered and approved, no refund will be issued and no disputes will be entertained via the card issuer, as we have already paid non-refundable fees to the embassy; cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours, and no cancellations can be processed thereafter."
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds processed will bear payment gateway charges and a VAT of 5% per transaction.
Cancellations made 7 calendar days prior to the tour date are eligible for a refund of 60% of the booking amount.
Should you have any discrepancies, kindly raise within 7 days of the transaction after which we shall address no discrepancies.
Exclusions
The prices quoted on the website do not include tips, tour packages charges, travel insurance, food and beverages, accommodation, room service charges, and laundry.
Liability
You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that involve in certain activities. You take complete responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of taking part in the particular activity.
We offer activities provided by third parties or issue you with a voucher entitling you to a ticket for an event. In such a process, we act only as an agent for the operator of the activity concerned or the organizers of that event.
The terms and conditions of the operator of the activity or organizer of the event will apply to you and any refund will be subject to those terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the activities opted for.
All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the activity.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
