  • Printed with the business seal, the letter of invitation from the Japanese company explains why you are being invited and what you will be doing there. The Japanese Embassy must receive the letter.
  • Letter of Guarantee from the Japanese company that invited you, branded with their logo.
  • The Japanese company's certificate of registration.
  • Documents needed for civil registration, such as birth certificates and marriage licences

  • If you paid for your own travel: the most recent income tax returns and bank statements from the previous three months
  • If a Guarantor is paying for all or a portion of your travel: a recent three-month-old letter of guarantee and income certificate for the guarantor
