Morocco Visa Documents

All visitors to Morocco must possess a valid passport. Visas are not required for citizens of the USA, Canada, most European countries and many other nations.

Nationals of some countries may obtain a visa on arrival in Morocco, while others will need to apply for a visa in advance from a Moroccan consulate or embassy.

Those who require a visa should check with the Moroccan consulate or embassy in their home country for specific requirements and application procedures.

Generally speaking, the following documents will be required when applying for a Moroccan visa:

  • A completed visa application form.
  • A passport-size photo.
  • Your passport, which must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay in Morocco.
  • A copy of your airline ticket or travel itinerary.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to support your stay in Morocco, such as bank statements or traveler's checks.
