It is given to foreigners who must enter Romania in order to conduct business, including contract negotiations, training for local employment, or foreign nationals who are partners or shareholders in trading firms there, among other business-related purposes.

• A travel ticket, valid to the destination, or the driving license, green card, and the registration documents of the means of transport, in the case of drivers.
• Proof of financial means for EUR 50/day for the entire period, but at least EUR 500 or the equivalent in convertible currency.
• Travel medical insurance in the amount of at least EUR 30,000.
• Invitation from the relevant business or government agency, along with any documentation demonstrating the purpose of your travel, and a statement that they are responsible for paying any costs associated with your repatriation if you do not depart before your visa expires.
