Romania Study Visa

Foreign citizens who wish to visit Romania in order to continue their education at a Romanian educational institution are granted the Romania Study Visa (D/SD). Researchers, students participating in educational initiatives, exchange programmes, or unpaid training programmes are also included.

The following documentation is required when requesting a study visa for Romania

• Proof of enrollment issued by the Ministry of Education of Romania
• Evidence that you have covered your tuition for at least one academic year
• Proof of financial support demonstrating your ability to support yourself during your stay. Financial needs must at least equal the guaranteed minimum gross pay.
• Police clearance document from your nation.
• travel health insurance that is valid throughout your entire stay.
• Evidence of lodging in Romania for the duration of your visit.
• If you're a minor: your parent's or legal guardian's approval to reside in Romania so you can study there.
• When participating in an unpaid training course:
• The professional training agreement describes the training's scope and duration as well as the nature of your host's and your legal obligations.
• a formal assurance from the host that they will be liable for the expense of your return if you overstay your visa
• Evidence showing you are currently enrolled in further education or that you have completed a higher education programme within the two years prior to applying.
• A form for applying for a visa to Romania, which is available for download on the ministry's website. The application must be typed in letter format and signed.
• Two current photos that meet the requirements for Romanian visa photos.
• 3cm x 4cm, with your face occupying between 70% and 80% of the image
• on a white background, taken
• a passport or other travel document that:
• Romania recognises it
• is still valid for at least three more months after the expiration of your visa.
• was released in the ten years prior
• has a minimum of two blank pages on which the visa can be attached by Romanian consular personnel.
• a plane ticket.

Process- Romania Study Visa

• On your smartphone, be sure to first visit the visit visa website (iOS, Android).
• Select your destination as Romania.
• Select the country from where you are travelling from.
• Click on the search option.
• After that click on the apply now option and select the visa for which you want to apply.
• Fill all your application form details and passport details.
• After that the payable amount for the particular visa will be generated on our screen
• Then you have to pay the fees which will be displayed on the screen.
• Once the application has been accepted and validated, the applicant will soon receive an application number so they may continue with the fee payment. The applicant will be informed of any missing documents if there are any.
