Single Entry Business visa

There are many reasons people travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but business and government-related travel are two of the most common. However, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will grant you a business visa to attend all of your scheduled business meetings and consultations, however this Visa will only provide you with access to a subset of available services. This Visa restricts your movement within Saudi Arabia to a restricted region, so you won't be able to visit all of the country's major cities. It also won't let you have a job as a "EXPAT" in the country. Therefore, it is prudent to exercise caution when travelling to Saudi Arabia on a business visa. Visitors can stay for a period of 30 days. The visa will be valid for 3 months after the issue.

Documents Required for Saudi Arabia single-entry Business Visa

A number of documents will be required in order to apply for this visa.

• A current passport (with blank pages)
• Photographs for passports

• A letter of invitation from the Saudi sponsor company that has been approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A letter from your employer confirming your employment and upcoming trip The inviting company's registration
• Copies of diplomas/certificates
• Business Card/CV/Work Badge

Eligibility for a Saudi Arabia single-entry Business Visa:

You must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to travel to the country on a visa.

• Be a genuine traveller- You must have a valid and good reason for visiting the country.
• Eligible to bear all expenses - You must have enough money to support yourself and any dependents for the duration of your stay.
• Reasons to return - You must have strong ties in your home country that will ensure your return after your stay.
• Be of good character - You must be of good character and have a clean criminal record. You may be required to provide a PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) for this.
• Be in good health - You must at least meet the authorities' minimum health requirements.
• Invitation letter from the company- You must have a valid invitation from a legitimate company located in the country with whom you are/will be doing business.
