Thailand Work Visa

When entering Thailand with the aim to work, you must apply for a Thailand Work Visa, which falls under Category "B" of Thailand Non-Immigrant Visas. Despite the fact that the Category "B" Non-Immigrant Visa is given out for employment-related reasons, you cannot truly work with the visa alone. Once you are in Thailand, you must obtain a Work Permit and an extension of stay in order to be able to live and work there.

Documents required before you apply for Thailand Work Visa are listed below

  • Your passport, which has at least two blank visa pages and is still valid for at least another six months. Your passport should be valid for at least another 18 months if you're applying for a one-year visa.

Process Work Visa Thailand

  • Before departing, you must apply for a Thailand Work Visa at one of Thailand's diplomatic mission offices (an Embassy or Consulate) in your nation or a nearby one.
  • If there is a website available, get in touch with the Thailand Embassy or Consulate where you will submit the application. Make an appointment and find out the business's hours, days of operation, and the preferred mode of payment for Thai visa fees.
