Note that you are not eligible to apply if you have lived in Turkey for the allotted time as a refugee, a person with conditional refugee status, a person with secondary protection, a person with a humanitarian residency visa, or a person with temporary protection.
  • Visa for humanitarian residence : If you are in Turkey without a valid visa or residence permit, but no deportation decision has been made against you, you are awaiting your deportation, or you are unable to return to your home country due to an emergency, you may apply for this residence permit.
