The 96-hour visa UAE

Like the 48-hour visa, this one is best used when entering the country for a stay of 4 days or less (96 hours). The visa is chosen by travellers who stop over on route to another location or go to the UAE for business meetings. After being issued, the visa is valid for 30 days.

  • properly completed and signed visa application form, together with a photo of the applicant.
  • In original and photocopy, an onward and return confirmed ticket from Emirates or Fly Dubai.

  • Couples who have recently been married must provide the marriage licence, a notarized affidavit on 100 rupee stamp paper, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parents with photo identification, a wedding card, and a marriage photograph of the couple if the name of the spouse is not endorsed on the passport.
  • Those who don't qualify based on their travel history must provide either their Income Tax Return for the same time period or Form 16 for the past two years, with a minimum gross income from a business, profession, or job of not more than Rs. 2 lakh per year. Applicants may also present proof of fixed deposits with banks or the post office totaling at least Rs. 5 lakh
  • Those who have visited the UAE during the last five years and have proof of that visit include those who have travelled once to the USA, UK, Schengen countries, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, etc.
