Tourist visa for Yemen

1. Tourist Visa: If you are thinking of going to Yemen for leisure activities or to perform some sightseeing activities then you can apply for tourist visa or visitor visa. The tourist visa is available as a single entry type visa which will be valid for two months from the date of issue. If you are thinking of visiting Yemen as a group then you can book your visit through a national tourism or by a travel company which is operating in Yemen.

There are certain documents required to apply for Tourist Visa:

• You have to fill an application form with all the required information.
• One recent passport size photograph
• You have to keep a passport with yourself which should have six months validity and have at least two blank pages.
• You have to keep the proof of your residence.
• Return tickets.
• 3 recent bank statements to show that you have sufficient funds to support your stay.
• If you are organising a group trip then you must have a letter from the tourism department or a travel company that is organising your trip.

Once you have completed your documents you can visit the counter of the embassy consular section to get your visa application submitted there.
